Derek Marsh
Head Coach
1991-1993 Pitcher for Cicero-North Syracuse High School.
1992 Second Team All-Conference.
1993 First Team All-Conference.
1996-1998 Pitcher for Onondaga Community College.
1996 Second Team All-Conference.
1998 Medical Redshirt.
1999-2000 Scholarship Athlete/Pitcher at Division 2 Mercyhurst University. Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and a Master’s Degree in Special Education.
2000 Head JV Coach and Pitching Coach for North Stafford High School. Employed also as a Special Education Teacher.
2000-2015 Head Coach and Pitching Coordinator for the Virginia Sports Complex (currently known as Legacy Park).
2001-09 Pitching Coach for Mountain View High School.
2009-2015 Assistant Varsity Coach and Head Pitching Coordinator for Massoponex High School, Spotsylvania VA. 15 players continued on to college with scholarships, two players drafted.
2022-Current Head Coach for Premier Baseball 12U.
2024-Current Head Coach and Pitching/Hitting Instructor for Trash Pandas
